Other cities around the world are taking inspiration from Cork which is currently hosting it's 13th annual Lifelong Learning Festival. UNESCO honoured Cork with a Learning City Award last September one of only 12 cities globally , with the accolade. 500 different free events are taking place around the city and its environs until Sunday.
